Beta notice
This notice describes the current private beta. The operator's legal identity, contact details, retention schedule and country-specific rights process must be finalized before a public launch. Do not use this beta for sensitive client records until that review is complete.
What is stored
Your sign-in identifier, creator profile, scripts, publishing plans, sponsorship details, rates, invoices, contracts, uploaded media and activity history are stored to run your workspace. Connecting Gmail stores an encrypted access credential and mailbox label. Imported emails are saved only when you choose to import them.
Where data goes
The application uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare database and file storage. When you request a connected AI draft, your creator profile and submitted topic or brief are sent to the selected AI provider. When you connect Gmail, requests are made to Google. Provider processing locations and retention terms need review before public rollout.
Your choices
You can export workspace records in Settings, download media in Video studio and disconnect Gmail. Disconnecting stops this application's access but does not delete previously imported records; revoke the permission in Google as well. Full account deletion and a formal rights-request channel are public-launch requirements, not currently self-service features.
Tracking
Agentpore currently installs no optional marketing or analytics trackers. Authentication and essential site preferences may use cookies. See the cookie notice for the current implementation.
