Private beta support
For a workspace issue, open Helpdesk inside Agentpore. It records the problem in your private workspace and provides diagnostic checks without accessing your passwords.
Beta enquiries can be sent to rithik@zapcreationsmedia.com. Do not email passwords, API keys, identity documents or payment-card information.
Security reports
Include the affected page, time, browser and a clear description. Do not include real client data in screenshots unless necessary and authorized.
Response expectations
Agentpore is currently a private beta rather than a staffed 24/7 service. Urgent account compromise should also be handled directly with the affected provider, such as Google or the social platform.
